Windermere House has successfully retained its GOOD rating following its latest PAMMS inspection, with no requirements for improvement and three areas achieving an Excellent grade.
The outcome represents a significant achievement for the service, particularly as Luton Borough Council recognises how challenging it is to secure Excellent ratings within the PAMMS framework.
The inspection highlighted the team’s ability not only to maintain high standards of care, but to build on the progress made in previous years. Inspectors commended Windermere House for sustaining improvements identified in last year’s assessment and for continuing to develop the quality of support provided to residents.
