Job description
This is a fast paced role which relies on strong communication skills building relationships with both candidates and internal senior staff to provide an outstanding recruitment service which is key to the success of the business. You will support the Recruitment Manager, sourcing and screening suitable candidates and provide an end-to-end recruitment service.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sourcing candidates via a multitude of “portals”
- Using an Application Tracking System to manage recruitment process
- Assisting with recruitment open days
- Pre-screening and interviewing suitable candidates
- Ensuring candidate compliance
- General administrative duties
- Arranging interviews
- Supporting the recruitment manager/lead
- What we are looking for:
- Experience working in a fast-paced recruitment team
- At least 12 months experience of recruitment
- Experience of using an ATS is preferred
- Experience of working in Health care will be advantageous.
- Excellent people and communication skills – must have an ability to enthuse.
- You have to be able to work under pressure.
- Reliable.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Excellent IT skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
