Are you looking to be at the centre of a dynamic therapy team, delivering an exceptional evidence-based rehabilitation programme? We’re looking for someone to support our Senior Occupational Therapist while taking on meaningful responsibilities of their own.
In this rewarding role, you’ll deliver therapeutic interventions, facilitate group and individual activities, and help empower patients on their recovery journey. You’ll also play an active part in supporting community integration, building strong rapport, and promoting person-centred care.

💼 What You’ll Do
📋 Therapeutic Activities & Support
- Build one-to-one rapport with patients to encourage participation and empower recovery.
- Source and organise resources necessary to deliver therapeutic activities.
- Complete one-to-one therapy sessions, promoting meaningful occupation and person-centred care.
- Develop your knowledge of local resources and services in the community to facilitate community integration.
🧾 Key Duties
- Completing interest checklists with new patients on admission and uploading onto our management software 'Nourish'.
- Facilitating ward-based group activities encouraging engagement and monitoring interactions between patients.
- Be enthusiastic and adaptable to cater for individual needs.
- Record keeping on Nourish and Microsoft excel.
- Reporting to OT with any concerns, issues or recommended changes
