What the Role Involves:

Leading shifts and setting a positive example for the care team

Supporting, mentoring, and guiding junior staff

Assisting with care planning, documentation, and risk assessments

Ensuring high standards of care and safeguarding are consistently met

Working closely with nurses and management to ensure seamless care delivery

Being a point of contact for residents, families, and professionals
What We’re Looking For:

NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or working towards it)

Solid understanding of mental health care and recovery approaches

Reliable, approachable, and team-focused

Proven initiative and confidence in decision-making

Excellent communication and organisational skills
