We are looking for reliable, practical individuals to join our team as Mental Health Support Workers at Howe Dell Manor. In this hands-on, people-focused role, you’ll work as part of a supportive team helping adults with complex mental health needs. Every day is different - and brings the chance to learn, grow, and do real good.

Your Experience:
- Experience working in any team-focused environment
- An understanding of how mental health can affect daily life
- Support experience - preferably in mental health or related settings
- NVQ/QCF/RQF Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care preferred
- We also value life experience and a strong work ethic
