  • Support staff performance, development, and wellbeing, fostering a positive and reflective team culture

  • Work collaboratively with local partners, commissioners, and stakeholders to ensure accessibility, equity, and seamless service integration

  • Promote continuous improvement through audit, outcome monitoring, and service evaluation

About You:

We’re looking for a confident, dedicated and motivated professional who is ready to take the next step in their career and contribute to service leadership while remaining clinically grounded.

You will have:

  • A PCE-CfD qualification (Postgraduate training in Person-Centred Experiential Counselling for Depression)

  • Experience working within NHS Talking Therapies (formerly IAPT) or a similar mental health service is preferred

  • Experience in leadership, supervision, or mentoring roles (or a strong desire to develop these skills)

  • A commitment to evidence-based practice, service quality, and staff development

  • Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
