About The Role

We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our friendly team in our residential home. You will play a vital role in providing person-centred care and support to our service users, helping them live independent and fulfilling lives within a safe and supportive environment.  This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives.

Key Responsibilities


Provide high-quality, person-centred care tailored to individual needs
Support service users with daily living tasks, including personal care where required
Assist individuals in developing life skills and maintaining independence
Promote involvement in social activities and the local community
Administer and record medication in line with policies and procedures
Act as a Key Worker, supporting care planning and reviews
Maintain accurate and confidential records
Safeguard service users and follow all relevant policies and procedures
Encourage service users to make choices and be involved in decision-making
Work collaboratively as part of a team and attend meetings and training

What We’re Looking For

  • A caring, respectful, and empathetic nature
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • A commitment to promoting independence and dignity
  • Ability to follow care plans and work on your own initiative
  • Understanding of safeguarding
  • Previous experience in care is desirable but not essential
